Income Requirement

Gross monthly income must be at least 3 times the monthly rent

Credit Score

Minimum credit score of 600 (exceptions may be considered with additional deposit)

Rental History

Positive rental history with no recent evictions or unpaid rent

Background Check

Clean criminal background (violent crimes and felonies may disqualify)

Employment Verification

Current employment or verifiable source of income
